Section 12
Records of vaccination service should be maintained
: (1) The person giving the vaccine should keep the records of the vaccinated persons up to date.
(2) The vaccinating person shall provide the vaccination card in the prescribed format to the vaccinating person as a proof of vaccination.
(3) The person taking the vaccine, his guardian or guardian should keep the vaccination card safe.
